- Place the frozen watermelon cubes into a blender.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lime directly into the blender over the watermelon.
- Pour in the ice cold water.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and reaches a thick, slushy consistency. Scrape down the sides if necessary.
- Pour into a chilled glass or mason jar, garnish with a lime wedge, and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For the best texture, freeze your watermelon cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet before transferring them to a bag so they don't stick together. If you want a sweeter slushy, add 1 tablespoon of agave nectar or honey.
