Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Place Oreos in a zip-top bag and crush them into a mix of fine crumbs and coarse chunks.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely smooth.
- Stir in the mint extract and green food coloring until you reach your desired flavor and color.
- Fold in about 2/3 of the crushed Oreos into the melted green chocolate.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Top with the remaining crushed Oreos, pressing them gently into the surface.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set. Break into pieces and serve.
