- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add the yogurt and mix until a shaggy dough forms. Knead on a lightly floured surface for 3-5 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 6-8 equal balls. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Use a rolling pin to flatten each dough ball into a 1/4-inch thick circle.
- Air fry 1-2 flatbreads at a time for 3 minutes, then flip and cook for 2-3 more minutes until golden and puffed.
- Melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic. Brush generously over the flatbreads immediately as they come out of the air fryer.
Notes
If the dough feels too sticky while kneading, simply dust your hands and the surface with a little extra flour until manageable.
