Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Separate the canned biscuit dough into 8 individual rounds.
- Place the biscuits in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don't touch. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 5 to 7 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- While still warm, brush the cooked donuts lightly with melted butter and immediately roll them in the granulated sugar to coat.
- Use a chopstick or small knife to poke a hole in the side of each donut, wiggling it to create a pocket inside.
- Transfer the jam into a piping bag with a round tip and pipe the filling into the warm donuts.
- Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
If you don't have a piping bag, a ziplock bag with the corner snipped off works perfectly.
