- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Brush tortillas with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, cut into triangles, and bake for 8-11 minutes until crisp.
- In a saucepan, melt 1 tbsp butter and add diced apples with lemon juice.
- Stir in sugars and spices; cook for 3-5 minutes until apples slightly soften.
- Add vanilla and cornstarch slurry; stir until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
- Remove from heat and serve warm or chilled with the prepared chips.
Notes
Use a mix of tart and sweet apples for the best flavor balance.
