- Fry the bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove, drain on paper towels, and chop into bits. Reserve 1 tbsp of grease if desired.
- Season chicken tenders with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil (or bacon grease) in the skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter and melt. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
- Stir in brown sugar and cook until dissolved and bubbly, forming a glaze.
- Return chicken to the pan, tossing to coat heavily in the glaze.
- Sprinkle chopped bacon over the chicken, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Serve with garlic mashed potatoes or roasted green beans.
