- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Drain fat and stir in crumbled bacon.
- In a saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk until thickened.
- Remove sauce from heat and stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted. Fold in the cooked pasta.
- Lay out tortillas. Add a scoop of beef mixture and a scoop of mac and cheese to the center of each.
- Fold in sides, roll tightly burrito-style.
- Heat a skillet with a little butter. Toast wraps seam-side down first until golden brown, then flip to toast the other side.
- Cut in half and serve warm.
Notes
Use freshly grated cheese for the smoothest sauce.
