- Combine bourbon, lemon juice, banana liqueur, syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
- Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds to create foam.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15 seconds until chilled.
- Double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
- Top with banana slices and a heavy drizzle of maple syrup for a glossy finish.
- Finish with two dashes of walnut bitters over the foam.
Notes
Use a very ripe banana if muddling instead of using liqueur for extra sweetness.
