Ingredients
  

Cocktail Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz peach-flavored whisky
  • 0.5 cup lemonade chilled
  • 0.5 cup lemon-lime soda chilled
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp pink sanding sugar for rim
  • 1 wedge lemon to wet the rim
  • 1 slice fresh peach

Equipment

  • Tall Highball or Collins Glass
  • Jigger or Measuring Cup
  • Small plate for rimming
  • Bar Spoon

Method
 

  1. Pour pink sanding sugar onto a small, shallow plate. Run a fresh lemon wedge around the rim of a tall glass, then dip the rim into the sugar to coat evenly.
  2. Carefully fill the prepared glass to the top with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the peach-flavored whisky directly over the ice into the glass.
  4. To create a layered effect, slowly pour the lemonade over the back of a spoon into the glass.
  5. Slowly pour the lemon-lime soda over the back of a spoon to fill the rest of the glass.
  6. Garnish the rim with a thick slice of fresh peach, add a colorful straw, and serve immediately.

Notes

For the best presentation, ensure your liquids are well chilled before pouring to prevent the ice from melting too quickly and blurring the colorful layers.
