Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tins with white paper liners.
- Prepare cake mix according to package directions in a large bowl.
- Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack.
- Arrange cooled cupcakes on a large rectangular platter in a 3x8 or 4x6 grid, touching each other.
- Spread vanilla frosting continuously over the top of the cupcakes to connect them.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers generously over the frosting to create the sand effect.
- Insert skewers with the paper net into the center cupcakes and place the ball prop on the court.
Notes
Ensure cupcakes are fully cool before frosting to prevent sliding.
