Method
- Boil water to approximately 190°F (88°C).
- Steep butterfly pea flowers and jasmine tea in the hot water for 5-7 minutes to create a strong blue concentrate.
- Remove tea bags/strain flowers. Stir in condensed milk while the tea is still hot until fully dissolved.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the fresh milk over the ice first.
- Pour the blue sweetened tea mixture over the milk and stir well to combine.
Notes
Add a squeeze of lemon to turn the tea purple before adding milk for a different color effect.
