Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour or oat flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
Wet Ingredients
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter natural, NO Xylitol
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.33 cup water or unsalted bone broth
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted (optional)
Mix-ins
  • 0.5 cup blueberries fresh or frozen

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Pizza cutter or knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and oats.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, eggs, water, and coconut oil until smooth.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until a stiff dough forms.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Press or roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into rectangular sticks or desired shapes.
  7. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until firm.
  8. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving to your dog.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months.
