  • 1 cup blueberries frozen is best for texture
  • 1 handful spinach fresh, washed
  • 0.25 banana ripe
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt for vegan option
  • 0.5 cup water or almond milk optional, to adjust thickness

Method
 

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and rinse the blueberries if using fresh.
  2. Add the yogurt (or liquid base) to the blender first to help the blades spin freely.
  3. Add the spinach, banana, and blueberries on top.
  4. Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and a vibrant purple color.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with a mint sprig if desired.

Notes

This recipe represents the 'Blueberry Spinach Glow' option. For the Mango Coconut version, swap berries for mango and yogurt for coconut milk.
