Method
- Wash limes thoroughly to remove wax. Trim off the ends and cut each lime into quarters.
- Place lime quarters and water into a blender. Pulse 5-7 times until limes are broken up but not pulverized.
- Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing pulp to extract liquid. Discard solids.
- Rinse the blender pitcher. Return the strained lime liquid to the blender.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and ice to the blender.
- Blend on high until creamy, frothy, and white (about 30 seconds).
- Serve immediately in glasses with lime wheels for garnish.
Notes
Serve immediately as the drink can turn bitter if left sitting due to the lime pith oils.
