  • 4 medium limes washed and scrubbed
  • 4 cups water cold
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk adjust to taste
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk full fat or coconut cream
  • 3 cups ice
Garnish
  • 1 lime sliced into wheels

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Fine Mesh Strainer
  • Pitcher

  2. Place lime quarters and water into a blender. Pulse 5-7 times until limes are broken up but not pulverized.
  3. Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing pulp to extract liquid. Discard solids.
  4. Rinse the blender pitcher. Return the strained lime liquid to the blender.
  5. Add sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and ice to the blender.
  6. Blend on high until creamy, frothy, and white (about 30 seconds).
  7. Serve immediately in glasses with lime wheels for garnish.

Notes

Serve immediately as the drink can turn bitter if left sitting due to the lime pith oils.
