Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Unroll the pizza dough onto the baking sheet. Cut 1-inch diagonal strips along both long sides, leaving a 3-inch center column uncut.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto the center column. Fold the dough strips over the filling in a crisscross braid pattern.
- Brush the top with melted butter mixed with garlic powder, and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese and parsley.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve with celery sticks and extra blue cheese dressing on the side.
