Method
- Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside walls of a tall 16oz glass.
- Fill the glass completely with pebble ice or crushed ice.
- Pour the toasted marshmallow syrup over the ice.
- Pour the cola over the ice until the glass is about 3/4 full.
- Slowly pour the heavy cream or coconut cream on top to create the 'dirty' swirl effect.
- Top with a dollop of marshmallow fluff or whipped cream.
- Finish with an extra drizzle of chocolate syrup and serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
For a true Utah-style dirty soda, use a coconut-flavored coffee creamer instead of plain heavy cream.
