Ingredients

Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix dry powder (approx 1 oz)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded (sharp or mild)
  • 10-12 slices bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup green onions finely chopped
Wraps
  • 4-5 large flour tortillas burrito size

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Spatula
  • Serrated Knife
  • Plastic Wrap

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and dry ranch seasoning packet until smooth and well combined.
  2. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions until evenly distributed.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spread the mixture evenly over the tortillas, leaving a small margin at the edges.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
  5. Wrap each log tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  6. Remove from refrigerator, unwrap, and slice off the uneven ends.
  7. Cut the logs into 1-inch thick slices (pinwheels). Serve immediately or store in the fridge.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for easy spreading. Using a serrated knife helps cut clean slices without squishing the rolls.
