Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef; drain fat. Add marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toss cooked spaghetti with the meat sauce until fully coated.
- Slice tops off bread rolls and hollow out the centers.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush inside and outside of bread bowls.
- Fill bowls generously with spaghetti mixture.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and bread is toasted.
Notes
Use the scooped-out bread to make breadcrumbs or toast them for dipping!
