  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.33 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter completely.
  3. Whisk the grated parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, smoked paprika, and black pepper into the melted butter until well combined.
  4. Add the crackers to the bowl and use a spatula to gently toss until every cracker is evenly coated in the seasoned butter mixture.
  5. Spread the coated crackers in a single, even layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, gently stirring and flipping the crackers every 10 minutes to ensure even browning.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet to achieve maximum crispness.
  8. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
