- In a saucepan, sauté 2 cloves garlic in 2 tbsp butter. Add rice and stir. Add 3 cups broth, bring to boil, cover and simmer 15 mins. Fluff and stir in parmesan.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Toss chicken pieces in mixture to coat.
- Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet. Sear chicken for 3-4 mins per side until golden. Remove chicken.
- In the same skillet, melt 1/2 cup butter. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté 1 minute.
- Add white wine to deglaze pan. Simmer 2 mins. Add broth and lemon juice; simmer 3 more mins.
- Return chicken to pan and toss in sauce. Serve over the prepared rice.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for the smoothest rice texture.
