Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 0.25 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 0.5 banana frozen
  • 0.5 cup ice
Optional Garnishes
  • 1 tsp chocolate syrup for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp crushed peanuts
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Add almond milk, frozen banana, peanut butter, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. To create layers, remove half the mixture. Add chocolate protein powder to the remaining mixture in the blender and blend again.
  4. Alternate pouring the light and dark mixtures into a glass to create a marbled effect.
  5. Top with chocolate drizzle, crushed peanuts, and mini chocolate chips. Serve immediately.

Notes

Using a frozen banana is essential for achieving a thick, milkshake-like texture without needing actual ice cream.
