Method
- Prepare your glasses by drizzling chocolate syrup along the inside walls. Place them in the freezer to chill while you blend.
- In a blender, combine the ice cubes, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and chocolate syrup.
- Add the 8 Oreo cookies to the blender.
- Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds, or until the ice is crushed and the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more milk.
- Pour the frappuccino into the prepared chilled glasses.
- Top generously with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and extra Oreo cookies.
- Serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
For a coffee version, substitute 1/4 cup of the milk with strong chilled coffee or a shot of espresso.
