Cookies and Cream Frappuccino

A rich and creamy homemade frappuccino loaded with Oreo cookies, vanilla, and chocolate drizzle. Better than the coffee shop and ready in 5 minutes.

Ingredients
  

Frappuccino Base
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup milk whole milk preferred
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 Oreo cookies plus extra for decoration
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup plus extra for drizzling
Toppings
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping
  • 2 Extra Oreo cookies crumbled or whole for garnish

  • Tall glasses
  • Measuring cups

Method
 

  1. Prepare your glasses by drizzling chocolate syrup along the inside walls. Place them in the freezer to chill while you blend.
  2. In a blender, combine the ice cubes, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and chocolate syrup.
  3. Add the 8 Oreo cookies to the blender.
  4. Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds, or until the ice is crushed and the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more milk.
  5. Pour the frappuccino into the prepared chilled glasses.
  6. Top generously with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and extra Oreo cookies.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw.

Notes

For a coffee version, substitute 1/4 cup of the milk with strong chilled coffee or a shot of espresso.
