- Drizzle the 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup around the inside of a tall cup.
- In a blender, combine the 2 cups ice cubes, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Add the 8 Oreo cookies and pulse until just combined but still chunky.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared cup.
- Top generously with whipped cream and garnish with extra Oreo cookies.
Notes
Do not overblend once the cookies are added to maintain that classic speckled texture.
