Ingredients

Smoothie Base
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 0.5 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1 cup coconut water or coconut milk
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut optional
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate chips optional
  • 1 slice fresh strawberry optional

Equipment

  • High-speed blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Tall Glass

Method

  1. Pour the coconut water or coconut milk into the blender first to help the blades catch the ingredients.
  2. Add the white chocolate chips and shredded coconut into the liquid.
  3. Add the frozen strawberries and frozen pineapple chunks on top.
  4. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is thick, frosty, and completely smooth. Scrape down the sides if necessary.
  5. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with extra shredded coconut, white chocolate chips, and fresh fruit if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use slightly less liquid. For a creamier texture, swap coconut water for full-fat canned coconut milk.
