Method
- Pour the coconut water or coconut milk into the blender first to help the blades catch the ingredients.
- Add the white chocolate chips and shredded coconut into the liquid.
- Add the frozen strawberries and frozen pineapple chunks on top.
- Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is thick, frosty, and completely smooth. Scrape down the sides if necessary.
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with extra shredded coconut, white chocolate chips, and fresh fruit if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use slightly less liquid. For a creamier texture, swap coconut water for full-fat canned coconut milk.
