Method
- Pour the orange juice into the blender canister first. This helps the blades spin freely.
- Add the frozen strawberries, pineapple chunks, and mango chunks on top of the liquid.
- Secure the lid and start the blender on the lowest speed to break up the frozen fruit.
- Gradually increase the speed to high and blend for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and slushy.
- Stop the blender and check the consistency. If too thick, add a splash more juice; if too thin, add a few ice cubes.
- Taste and add sweetener (honey/agave) if desired, then blend briefly to combine.
- Pour immediately into tall glasses and serve with a straw.
Notes
For a creamier version, substitute half the orange juice with coconut milk or vanilla yogurt.
