Method
- Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut off the ends. Slice each lemon into quarters.
- Place lemon quarters, cold water, and sugar into a blender. Pulse 5-8 times until lemons are chopped and juicy. Do not over-blend to avoid bitterness.
- Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing on the pulp to extract all juice. Discard the solids.
- Pour the strained lemon juice back into the blender (or mix in pitcher). Add the whole milk and sweetened condensed milk.
- Blend on high for 5-10 seconds until the mixture is frothy and well combined.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the creamy lemonade over the ice. Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve immediately as the acidity of the lemon can curdle the milk if left sitting too long.
