  • 1 pound pasta penne, rotini, or similar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Oven-safe skillet
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Cheese Grater

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic, cook until fragrant.
  2. Add pasta, milk, white cheddar, mozzarella to skillet, simmer while stirring.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), bake skillet for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Stir halfway through baking.
  6. Serve hot. Enjoy!

Notes

For the creamiest texture, grate blocks of cheese yourself rather than using pre-shredded bagged cheese.
