Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the dough. If using crescent rolls, pinch perforations to seal, then cut into 8 equal rectangles.
- Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each rectangle.
- Top with 3-4 pepperoni slices and half a mozzarella stick.
- Fold dough over the filling and pinch edges tightly to seal into a roll or pocket.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Brush over the rolls.
- Air fry in a single layer for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with any remaining butter, sprinkle with parmesan, and serve warm with marinara.
Notes
Ensure edges are sealed very tight to prevent cheese from leaking out during air frying.
