- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Soak potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat completely dry.
- Toss wedges with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- While fries bake, brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Drain grease and stir in Worcestershire sauce.
- Fry bacon until crispy, drain on paper towels, and crumble into small pieces.
- Pile cooked fries together on the tray. Layer with ground beef, bacon, and both shredded cheeses.
- Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling. Top with Parmesan.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with chives or green onions.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use a wire rack set over the baking sheet to allow air to circulate under the fries.
