Ingredients
  

Salmon Bites
  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillets skin removed, cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp honey

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to make the sauce.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the salmon cubes for 2 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  6. Flip and cook for another 1-3 minutes until cooked through and opaque.
  7. Remove from heat, transfer to a plate, and drizzle generously with the Bang Bang sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve over rice or in lettuce cups for a complete meal.
