- Pat salmon fillets dry and cut into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to make the sauce.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the salmon cubes for 2 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip and cook for another 1-3 minutes until cooked through and opaque.
- Remove from heat, transfer to a plate, and drizzle generously with the Bang Bang sauce.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
