  • 2 oz coconut rum such as Malibu
  • 4 oz strawberry lemonade chilled
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Garnishes
  • 1 fresh strawberry for rim
  • 1 pair pink bunny ear picks optional, for decoration

Equipment

  • Rocks glass or Lowball glass
  • Bar Spoon

Method
 

  1. Fill a heavy-bottomed rocks glass entirely to the brim with fresh ice cubes.
  2. Pour the coconut rum directly over the ice into the glass.
  3. Top with the cold strawberry lemonade.
  4. Use a bar spoon to gently stir the mixture for about 10 seconds to combine and chill.
  5. Garnish the rim with a fresh strawberry and insert playful bunny ear picks into the top before serving.

Notes

To batch this for a party, combine 2 cups of coconut rum and 4 cups of strawberry lemonade in a pitcher. Do not add ice to the pitcher; let guests pour the mixture over ice in their individual glasses.
