Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
- Layer half of the cheese slices over the bottom buns.
- Top the cheese with the cooked chicken and crumbled bacon.
- Add the remaining cheese slices on top of the bacon, then place the top slab of rolls on over the filling.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops and sides of the rolls.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 5-8 minutes until tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let stand for a few minutes before slicing into individual sliders.
Notes
Ensure bacon is cooked crispy before adding, as it won't crisp up inside the bun.
