Method
- Place frozen mango chunks, mango juice (or water), and honey into a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and thick. If mixture is too thick, add a splash more liquid.
- Pour the mango slush into serving glasses, filling them about halfway.
- Pour the strawberry juice over the mango slush.
- Use a spoon or straw to swirl the red juice into the yellow slush to create a marbled effect.
- Garnish with fresh mint or frozen berries and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker red layer, blend half the frozen mango with the strawberry juice separately.
