Ingredients
  

Mango Slush Base
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup mango juice or water
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
Strawberry Swirl
  • 1 cup strawberry juice or water

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Serving glasses

Method
 

  1. Place frozen mango chunks, mango juice (or water), and honey into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and thick. If mixture is too thick, add a splash more liquid.
  3. Pour the mango slush into serving glasses, filling them about halfway.
  4. Pour the strawberry juice over the mango slush.
  5. Use a spoon or straw to swirl the red juice into the yellow slush to create a marbled effect.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint or frozen berries and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker red layer, blend half the frozen mango with the strawberry juice separately.
