Method
- Place your martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes to chill.
- Pour the granulated sugar onto a small shallow plate. Run the lemon wedge around the rim of the chilled glass to wet it.
- Dip the wet rim into the sugar, twisting gently to coat evenly. Set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the blueberry vodka, Blue Curacao, white cranberry juice, lime juice, and ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels very cold.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
- Skewer 4-5 blueberries onto a cocktail pick and rest it on the rim. Add a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
Notes
For a creamier, lighter blue version, add a splash of coconut cream before shaking.
