Method
- Crush the candy canes into small pieces and place them on a shallow plate or saucer.
- Pour the simple syrup or honey onto a separate small plate. Dip the rim of a rocks glass into the syrup, then immediately dip it into the crushed candy canes to coat the rim.
- Fill the rimmed glass carefully with ice cubes.
- Pour the Vanilla Rum, Blue Curaçao, and Peppermint Schnapps directly over the ice.
- Top with Sprite and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and serve immediately.
Notes
For a less sweet version, substitute half of the Sprite with club soda.
