Method
- In a blender, combine frozen mango chunks, 1/2 cup lemonade, and 1/2 cup ice.
- Blend on high until smooth and thick. Pour evenly into the bottom of two mason jars.
- Rinse the blender pitcher quickly with water.
- Add frozen strawberries, remaining 1/2 cup lemonade, and remaining ice to the blender.
- Blend until smooth. If mixture is too thick to pour, add a splash more lemonade.
- Pour the strawberry mixture over the mango layer in the jars. Use a spoon to swirl slightly if desired.
- Garnish the rim of each glass with a fresh strawberry and a slice of mango.
- Serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
For an adult version, add 1oz of vodka or rum to each layer before blending.
