Ingredients

Mango Layer
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 0.75 cup lemonade
Strawberry Layer
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 0.75 cup lemonade
Garnish
  • 2 whole fresh strawberries
  • 2 slices fresh mango

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Mason jars or clear glasses

Method

  1. Set out two mason jars or clear serving glasses.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen mango chunks and 3/4 cup of lemonade. Blend on high until a thick, smooth slush forms. If needed, scrape down the sides or add a tiny splash more lemonade.
  3. Divide the mango slush evenly between the two glasses, filling them about halfway.
  4. Quickly rinse the blender pitcher to remove the leftover mango.
  5. Add the frozen strawberries and the remaining 3/4 cup of lemonade to the blender. Blend on high until perfectly smooth and icy.
  6. Gently pour or spoon the strawberry slush directly on top of the mango layer in the glasses to create a layered effect.
  7. Garnish each glass with a fresh strawberry and a slice of fresh mango on the rim. Serve immediately with a wide straw!

Notes

Using frozen fruit instead of ice cubes ensures your drink stays intensely flavorful and doesn't water down as it melts.
