- Wash and hull the strawberries if using fresh.
- Add water, lemon/lime juice, and sugar to the blender pitcher.
- Add the strawberries, then top with the ice.
- Blend on low to crush the ice, then increase to high until completely smooth and frosty.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness if necessary.
- Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a smoother texture, you can use simple syrup instead of granulated sugar.
