Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add the yogurt and mix until a shaggy dough forms. Knead gently on a floured surface for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 6-8 equal pieces and roll each into a flat disk or oval, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Mix the minced garlic into the melted butter in a small bowl.
- Place flatbreads in the air fryer basket (do not overcrowd). Cook for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from air fryer and immediately brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Notes
If using Greek yogurt, you may need to add 1-2 teaspoons of milk if the dough is too dry.
