Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 0.5 cup yogurt Greek or regular
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 cup almond milk unsweetened

Method
 

  1. Add almond milk and yogurt to the blender first to help the blades spin.
  2. Add the banana, honey, and frozen raspberries.
  3. Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Check consistency; add more milk if too thick or ice if too thin.
  5. Pour into a mason jar and serve immediately.
