- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large mixer bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients on low speed until just combined.
- Press about 2/3 of the dough firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust layer.
- Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow creme over the chocolate. Do not worry about spreading it perfectly.
- Flatten pieces of the remaining dough with your hands and place them on top of the marshmallow layer, leaving some gaps for the filling to peek through.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Cool completely before cutting.
Notes
Ensure bars are fully cooled before cutting for clean squares.
