- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika until emulsified.
- Add chicken tenders to the bowl and toss to coat thoroughly. Let sit for 10-15 minutes if time permits.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, arrange chicken tenders in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
- Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with lemon wedges.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Great for salads!
