Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 pieces Naan bread or pita bread
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil for brushing
Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, full fat
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill chopped
Toppings
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese cubed or crumbled
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place naan breads on a baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 5-8 minutes until golden and warm. Remove and let cool slightly.
  4. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and dill to make the sauce.
  5. Spread the sauce generously over the warm naan bread.
  6. Top with cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and feta cheese.
  7. Sprinkle with oregano and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure the bread is toasted before adding toppings to prevent sogginess.
