Method
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of each serving glass and dip into red sanding sugar to coat.
- In a large punch bowl, combine the green Hawaiian punch and pineapple juice. Stir gently.
- Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda to keep the carbonation active.
- Using an ice cream scoop, add dollops of lime sherbet to the top of the punch bowl.
- Ladle the punch into the prepared glasses, making sure each glass gets some foam from the sherbet.
- Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.
Notes
For a colder drink without dilution, freeze some of the punch in ice cube trays ahead of time.
