Homemade Caramel Frappuccino

A frosty, creamy, and sweet blended iced coffee beverage loaded with rich caramel sauce and topped with whipped cream. Tastes just like the coffee shop favorite, but made easily at home in 5 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk whole milk, 2%, or oat milk
  • 1 cup ice cubed
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce plus extra for garnishing
  • 1 tbsp sugar granulated
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup brewed coffee strongly brewed and completely cooled
  • 1 dollop Whipped cream for topping

Method
 

  1. Brew 1/2 cup of strong coffee and allow it to cool completely to room temperature or chill in the refrigerator.
  2. In a blender, add the cooled coffee, milk, ice, 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and frosty, with no large chunks of ice remaining.
  4. Take a tall serving glass and drizzle extra caramel sauce down the inside walls.
  5. Pour the blended frappuccino mixture into the prepared glass.
  6. Top generously with whipped cream and drizzle with more caramel sauce. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an even frostier drink that doesn't water down, try freezing your brewed coffee into ice cubes and using them in place of regular water ice cubes.
