Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée plain, unsweetened
  • 1 cup plain yogurt unsweetened, low-fat
  • 0.5 cup blueberries fresh or frozen

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • Freezer-safe containers or silicone molds

Method
 

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin purée and plain yogurt.
  2. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries. You can mash some to create a purple swirl effect.
  4. Spoon the mixture into small freezer-safe cups or silicone molds.
  5. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
  6. Let sit at room temperature for 2 minutes before serving to your dog.

Notes

Always ensure the yogurt and pumpkin contain NO Xylitol. Consult your vet if your dog has specific dietary restrictions.
