Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
- Add the egg and coconut oil (if using) to the banana and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Gradually add the oat flour, mixing until a dough forms. If sticky, add a little more flour.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut shapes using cookie cutters and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. For crunchier treats, turn oven off and let sit inside.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before serving to your dog.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
