Method
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned (3-4 mins). Remove and set aside.
- Add broccoli to the same pan with a splash of water. Cover and steam for 2-3 minutes until bright green. Remove and set aside with sausage.
- Add shrimp to the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Return sausage and broccoli to the pan. Pour the sauce mixture over everything.
- Toss well for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the food in a glossy glaze. Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve over rice or quinoa for a complete meal. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
