Ingredients
  

Latte Base
  • 1-2 shots espresso hot
  • 0.75 cup milk or dairy alternative
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Equipment

  • Espresso Machine or Coffee Maker
  • Tall Glass
  • Spoon

Method
 

  1. Brew 1-2 shots of espresso (or prepare very strong coffee).
  2. While the espresso is still hot, stir in the honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until fully dissolved and aromatic.
  3. Fill a tall glass generously with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the milk over the ice.
  5. Slowly pour the spiced espresso mixture over the milk to create a swirl effect.
  6. Stir gently to combine and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a smoother drink, dissolve the cinnamon in the hot espresso thoroughly to prevent clumping.
