Ingredients

The Crust
  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tbsp cornmeal for dusting
The Sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp milk to loosen mixture
Toppings
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 3 whole jalapenos sliced thinly
  • 0.25 cup white onion sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped, for garnish

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet or Pizza Stone
  • Skillet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Pizza Cutter

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  3. In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and milk until smooth.
  4. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired size (approx 12-14 inches).
  5. Transfer dough to a cornmeal-dusted baking sheet or pizza peel.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a rim for the crust.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  8. Arrange sliced jalapenos, onions, and crumbled bacon over the cheese.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  10. Remove from oven, garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes. Slice and serve hot.
