- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
- In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and milk until smooth.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired size (approx 12-14 inches).
- Transfer dough to a cornmeal-dusted baking sheet or pizza peel.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a rim for the crust.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Arrange sliced jalapenos, onions, and crumbled bacon over the cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes. Slice and serve hot.
Notes
Wear gloves when slicing fresh jalapenos to avoid irritation.
